Return & Exchange Eligibility
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns for:
- New and unused items (in original packaging, with tags if applicable)
- Slightly used items (tested but still in good condition, with all original accessories included)
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, or if you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at contact@heysummerbody.com with photos of the issue
- We will send you a free replacement at no additional cost
- If a replacement is not possible, you may request a full refund
How to Start a Return

- A free prepaid return label (to download and print)
- Clear instructions on how and where to send your package
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods once opened (e.g., cosmetics, beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase.
Satisfaction & Performance Guarantee – 30 Days
We also offer a 30-Day Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee:
- If the product does not work as intended, or if you do not achieve the expected results, you may request a full refund within 30 days
- The item must be returned (even if slightly used) with all original accessories
- This guarantee applies to all products unless specifically excluded in the exceptions above
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using your original payment method
- Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@heysummerbody.com
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you prefer.
